    This company is a rip off. They took nearly $4,000 promising to help me through the oral exam with my doctorate. for one lump sum payment of $3,200 and no other fees would ever apply. They said if I was not entirely satisfied a 100% refund would be granted. What I got was an addition to my proposal that was neither professional, of doctoral writing standards, and did not even include one reference for over 190 outdated and inappropriate citations.
